NCL Demographic Responsive Staff Risk Assessment Framework
A framework to manage the risk to staff identified as being disproportionally affected by Covid-19, including staff from a BAME background, those with underlying health conditions and those who are pregnant, has been developed and adopted by NCL provider trusts and the NCL CCG.
The Demographic Responsive Staff Risk Assessment Framework is designed to ensure a robust and consistent approach to assessing staff risk and making informed decisions where additional measures are necessary. It was piloted in provider trusts last week.
The framework is aligned to national occupation health guidance. Each provider can develop and tailor other support tools for their staff.
