Our plan and areas of focus
Our plan has 13 different areas of focus. Each area (or workstream) has a senior responsible officer and a management support lead. The work to deliver the plan is being undertaken by staff working together in a matrix structure across the partnership organisations. Each person is not named below but we acknowledge the work carried out by dedicated staff in each of the 24 partnership organisations.
