Nominations can be made across 10 categories which include:
- General Practitioner Award
- Practice Nurse Award
- Health Care Assistant Award
- Practice Manager Award
- Practice Administrator Award
- AHP Award
- Practice Team Award
- Trainee Award
- Quality Improvement / Innovation Award
- Patient Participation Award
Jo Sauvage, chair of Islington CCG and a clinical lead for North London Partners said: “The ceremony will recognise the wonderful contribution of primary care staff to the NHS and the important role they play in caring for and helping people. It is open to any staff member.
“General practice is a very rewarding career. But caring for others, at the ‘frontline’ of care, can be challenging, and we want to acknowledge the vital work of those who work in GP surgeries.
“We want to say thank you for their commitment and work to support their local communities by working in general practice.”
