Changes in NLP management and clinical leads

North London Partners’ leadership management team welcomes the appointment of Andrew Ridley as Provider Senior Responsible Officer (SRO). Andrew, who is Chief Executive of the Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust brings a wealth of experience across provider and commissioner organisations as well as experience of integrating care with the Better Care fund.

Andrew said: “It’s really great to be taking up this role in the partnership at this exciting time. We’re making a lot of progress on our transformation programmes but I know there is more we can do to reduce health inequalities and improve the lives of residents in north central London.”

Flo Panel Coats, Chief Nurse at University College Hospital London has joined as Clinical Lead. Flo has a passion for nursing and involving frontline staff and supporting clinical leadership in order to improve services and outcomes for patients.

Speaking of her appointment Flo said: “We’re very fortunate in North London Partners to have some very formidable clinicians and that the value of a broad spectrum of members is encouraged. I have been a member of the STP Health and Care Cabinet almost since it started, receiving great professional support from nursing colleagues Claire Johnson and Helen Donovan. I was appointed as co-chair joining the very impressive Dr Jo Sauvage in December 2018, and am looking forward to us all working together to improve health and care services for our north London communities.”

The leadership team has also been joined by Zina Etheridge, Chief Executive of  London Borough of Haringey as NLP's  Local Authority Senior Responsible Officer.

Zina brings wide-ranging experience to the role having worked in The Home Office and Central Government. She joined Haringey in 2013 working as Deputy Chief Executive with responsibility for Children’s Services, Adults Social Services, Public Health, Commissioning and Communications before her appointment as Chief Executive in March 2017.
